People go plant-based for three main reasons: environmental concerns, personal health, and moral/ethical reasons. I’ve broken down these three topics below to show why going plant-based is the best thing you can do for the earth, for yourself, and for others.

ENVIRONMENT

Environmental reasons are what caused me to change my diet. The consequences of a meat-heavy diet were so striking to me, that I spent almost two years researching and writing my 130 page thesis on the environmental impacts of industrial animal agriculture. Here is some of the most staggering evidence I’ve found:
