Diversity and Inclusion Fellow
The graduate assistant will work on projects with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) for the USOC and NGBs. One of the primary projects for the candidate will be the FLAME summer sports leadership program for undergraduate and graduate students of color and internal experiential workshops for USOC and NGB staff. The candidate will report directly to the Manager or Director of Diversity and Inclusion and potentially provide supervision to the D&I Intern with his/her primary functions as outlined below.

Duties & Responsibilities
1.   Diversity and Inclusion research of scholarly journals for possible recruitment and development project tasks.
2.   With the guidance of the USOC D&I staff, acquire data and strategic information to support the FLAME summer program and experiential workshops.
3.   Create guidelines, applications and promotional material for the summer program and experiential workshops.
4.   Assist in coordination of all logistical requirements for programs and workshops.
5.   Assist in supervision of program attendees.
6.   Collect and analyze data as requested by Diversity and Inclusion staff.
7.   Assist in other Diversity and Inclusion projects and events.
8.   Perform other duties as assigned.
