Getting ready for your summer internship experience? Want to put your best foot forward?

The Career Center is hosting an “Intern to WINtern” Workshop Series to help students make the most of summer internships: from managing time and responsibilities, to presenting themselves professionally in communication, appearance and workplace relationships.

Please sign up for each individual workshop via Handshake. **Workshops may be cancelled if there are fewer than 5 RSVPs 24 hours prior to the event, so be sure to let us know you plan to attend.**

Navigating Harassment in the Workplace
Presenter/Facilitator: Anna Thompson
This session will help interns understand key issues related to sexual harassment: What kind of behavior could constitute sexual harassment? How do I avoid a concern that I am engaging in sexual harassment? What should I do if I think I am being sexually harassed?

Presenter/Facilitator: Brett Woodard
Learn how to make a lasting positive impression in your internship by mastering the workplace etiquette, from writing an effective email to shining in staff meetings.

Workplace Relationships, Resilience and Respect
Presenter/Facilitator: Allison Barr
Attend this interactive session to learn how to build effective workplace relationships, navigate office politics, manage conflicts, and respond to critical feedback.
