CC DOCUMENTARY EXPLORATION GRANTS

ANNOUNCING THE COLORADO COLLEGE DOCUMENTARY EXPLORATION GRANTS

A brand-new program will provide grants from $500-$10,000 to create character-driven documentary films that push students’ critical and creative boundaries. Proposed films should explore personal, social, environmental, or cultural perspectives to engage the audience and invite solutions for a more sustainable future. The program will also connect students with a network of CC alumni working in documentary film, who may serve as project mentors. All students in good academic standing at Colorado College, regardless of major and including graduating seniors, are eligible to apply. Filmmaking teams are supported and encouraged.

Please come to an information session and screening event with alumni partners/acclaimed filmmakers Travis Rummel ’01 (DamNation), Nick Rosen ’97 (First Ascent), and Aidan Haley ’09 (“Chocolate Spokes”) of Felt Soul Media and Sender Films on Thursday, February 1, 3:30 pm, Cornerstone Screening Room.

Don’t miss this phenomenal opportunity!
