  • Outstanding customer relations experience
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • FINRA Series 7 OR ability to acquire series 7 upon hire
  • High degree of motivation and able to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of a consultative relationship process helpful

The Purpose of Your RoleAs part of the Workplace Planning and Advice outbound and inbound call team, you will start your journey in our multi-stage development program to a career in planning and advice. Engaging inactive and active 401(k) participants to introduce them to our services and guide them through all their available options. You’ll connect with our clients to build effective relationships through calling and engaging warm leads as well as taking inbound calls.You will be supported in learning the business and building skills in Fidelity’s Relationship Model, our planning culture and how to best leverage technology to help our clients. Our top-quality training resources will ensure you have all the answers you need to provide clients with the best planning and advice – and to get the results you are striving toward.The Skills You Bring

  • An understanding of a sales process, including customer calling and working with warm leads
  • Active listening and time-management skills

The Value You Deliver

  • Introducing 401(k) participants to business partners to have appropriate Investment Solutions conversations
  • Building rapport and opening a conversation with Fidelity clients through profiling and utilizing consultative skills with client interactions
  • Learn book-management skills and effectively handling leads through lead utilization
  • Set up targeted appointments to address client needs related to products and services
  • Respond to inbound inquiries to meet existing client needs
