Our Denver office is seeking to recruit a talented individual at the Analyst level for our M&A practice, specifically, our Technology M&A advisory team. The Analyst position will provide direct support to junior and senior bankers in the execution of M&A, financing transactions, and other corporate finance-related advisory projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit. Responsibilities include:

Working directly with client senior management teams, board members, and stakeholders throughout all phases of transaction advisory and execution

Building financial models and performing valuation analyses
Preparing presentations, company offering memorandums, management presentations, and other marketing materials

Analyzing company historical financial statements and prospective financial information

Conducting extensive industry and company research

Collaborating within M&A execution teams
