*NOW OPEN* – Google’s 2019 BOLD Internship Program

Interested in a summer internship at Google? Identify with a group historically underrepresented in technology? Want to gain some experience and be mentored by someone in your field?

Well, you may want to consider applying for the paid Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development (BOLD) Internship. Google is now accepting candidates for this one-of-a-kind program and application packets are due on November 12, 2018.

The Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development (BOLD) Internship Program is a paid summer internship for rising undergraduate seniors that are interested in business careers in the technology industry and full-time job opportunities at Google. The program is designed to expose historically underrepresented students in this field to career opportunities in the industry and to prepare all entry-level talent to be ambassadors for diversity, equity, and inclusion in their careers. BOLD interns are placed on teams across Sales, Marketing, gTech, and People Operations (Google’s Human Resources). Their work is core to Google and varies in scope and in length – ranging from the day-to-day work of a full-time Googler to a single long-term project lasting the duration of the internship.

BOLD interns also participate in targeted training and experiences and have the opportunity to take advantage of the learning and development programs and support systems that Google offers. This includes 1:1 mentorship, an exclusive speaker series with company leadership, custom learning and development sessions, and opportunities to create community. All BOLD interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role at Google.
