Griffis Residential is currently seeking a talented team member to join our property management teams. Griffis Residential owns and manages a distinct portfolio of attainable high-quality apartment communities in premier locations. Our motto is simple: It’s about you. Duties:<\/p>\n

Work closely with local teams answer inquiries and manage resident accounts
\nShadow leasing consultants to show apartments to prospects
\nPrepare and organize materials for move in and move outs
\nAssist with creating and implementing a property marketing plan and other communication projects
\nProvide support with special projects
\nHandle day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, preparing for tours, and any other leasing responsibilities
\nAssist with apartment management operations by working with all on site associates
\nSuccessfully completes the assigned tasks and other projects
\nTravel to communities of various sizes to allow for additional development
\nMay be assigned leadership opportunities for tasks and projects
\nPerforms other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
