Guest Speaker – Tammy Terwelp, the General Manager of KRCC, visited and talked about exciting updates in KRCC’s programming. She shared the future plans for KRCC with the ITS: division.
Reorg Update – Linda spoke on Brian’s behalf and gave an update on the upcoming reorg. Brian thanked the division through Linda for sharing ideas and is expecting to have decisions soon.
Golden Ticket Winners – The winners of the Golden Ticket drawing are: Angie, Rossie, Liz, Don, Keith, and Lucie. The winners can choose from a year of free parking or a vacation day.
OS Tickets (Cherwell Replacement) – Katharina and Chad discussed the use of configuration items and asset management, access to legacy Cherwell data, potential changes to ticket workflow, and timing for starting OS Ticket and leaving Cherwell.
All Other Business
- Weston suggested to have our next division meeting in WebEx to test out the environment.
- Chad gave an update on eSports and hopes to host a championship on campus.
- Tulio gave update on certification classes and requested staff to help teach classes.
- Matt talked about the finalized drone policy.
