Inauguration

Wow! What a weekend! Beginning with a community service project on Friday afternoon and finishing up with a student-organized dance in a tent on Cutler quad on Saturday night, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to celebrate with this community. Many thanks to the Board of Trustees for sponsoring the weekend and the Inauguration Committee (see below) for their careful planning and executing. I also thank Jane Hilberry for her beautiful poem Inaugurations and Ofer Ben-Amots for his stirring Inaugural Fanfare.  Thanks to all of the faculty, staff, alumni, and students who attended (and worked at) the events and my family and friends who came from around the world to join us.
