Women’s Lacrosse Wins SCAC Championship, Faces George Fox in NCAA

Congratulations to the women’s lacrosse team on their victory over Southwestern on Sunday, April 28 to claim the SCAC Championship title!

Eva King ’20 had two goals and three assists and was named the championship’s Offensive MVP after producing 10 points for the weekend. With her first goal just 1:51 into the game, King became the eighth player in program history to score 200 points. Lauren Pejza ’21 struck the second game-winning goal and was awarded the Defensive MVP honor.

The team will face George Fox University in the first round of the DIV III NCAA tournament on Sunday, May 12th at 1 p.m. at CC. If you can’t join us on campus, you can watch the game live-streamed here. Go Tigers!
