Welcome New Students!

We are thrilled to welcome the Class of 2023 and transfer students to campus! Yesterday, I hosted our Bridge students for ice cream — enjoy some highlights below. Bridge Scholars is a year-long program that provides mentorship, co-curricular resources, and a two-week interdisciplinary course to select first-years.

Over this next week, our new students will participate in orientation programming and social events as well as 4-day Priddy Experience trips. Two of our new Priddy sites include Concrete Couch and the Rocky Mountain Conservancy. Concrete Couch works with youth and community groups to create public art and build community, and students will be helping with trail and wall restoration, nature/art sign painting, and environmental sculptures. Founded in 1931, the Rocky Mountain Conservancy (formerly the Rocky Mountain Nature Association) is a nonprofit organization supporting Rocky Mountain National Park. Students will be assisting with trail maintenance.

You can find the complete NSO schedule here.
