Spencer. hails from Rochester, New York and &#8211; at only 19 &#8211; is far beyond his years. His rich, deep voice takes center stage in much of his music, and &#8211; paired with lively guitar riffs and nifty basslines &#8211; Spencer. cooks up a delicious lo-fi aesthetic that feels intentional without trying too hard. Donning his trademark baggy pants and a (presumably thrifted) sweater, he wasted no time, jumping right into \u201cVerdigris\u201d &#8211; the first on his most recent album <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Where Polly People Go to Read.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gus Dapperton, steadily picking up steam since the success of his 2017 single \u201cI\u2019m Only Snacking\u201d and its endearing <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2DfiyXbUHVc\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">music video<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, has created an eccentric and captivating character.
