Join us Wednesday, April 12th in Packard Hall for an evening of music and readings responding to the proposed elimination of four independent cultural agencies – the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Ioana Missits and Carolyn Warner of the Cleveland Orchestra will join students, staff, faculty and community leaders. Program begins at 7:30. Tasty reception at 7 pm. Free and open to the public!

Join State of the Rockies Project Wednesday, April 12th at 7pm in Cornerstone for our event “Our Natural Economy: Capitalizing on Colorado’s Unique Place in the Rockies.” Ray Rasker, Executive Director of Headwaters Economics will explore how open spaces of the American West transformed from a liability to an economic advantage in his talk “The Economic Contribution of Public Lands.” Lori Weigel, who conducts the Rockies Project’s Conservation in the West Poll will also speak on “Public Opinion Entering the Trump Era.”

Supervisors of staff are invited to a special Supervisor Roundtable on Staff Performance Reviews on April 12th.
The session format will include questions/scenarios/situations that encourage table conversation allowing us to share our collective wisdom and experience on the topic and learn from each other.
