Recruiting Talent at CC focuses on best practices for recruiting talent. Participants will learn about CC’s staff recruitment processes, when a search team is needed, and how to successfully onboard new staff. Employees who complete both the Good to Great Program and Recruiting Talent at CC are eligible to serve as a diversity representative on staff search teams. . The CC Staff Compensation session is only scheduled once this year. Gain an understanding of CC’s market based approach to staff compensation, how positions are placed into bands, and how salaries are determined for new staff. . Wednesday is the first of two staff only information sessions on the search for the college’s next chief academic officer. Come share your perspective and ask questions. Session will be facilitated by search group or FEC members, who will take notes and relay observations to the full committee. Lunch will be provided. Next session will take place on Wednesday, Oct 4 at 3:00 pm. There will also be a session open to anyone on Monday, Oct. 9 at 3:00 pm. All sessions will take place in the Cossitt Hall lounge.

Our onsite chair massage program continues during 2017.

A massage therapist will be on campus most Wednesdays. Employees may book massages in increments of 15 minutes ($1/minute).

If you want to try a chair massage, follow these easy steps to sign-up:

2. Select the “Schedule Now” button on the right
3. Select the service you want at bottom, for example “15 Minute Massage”
4. Choose your facility location on the right (Colorado College)
5. Select the date on the calendar that you would like to schedule

7. Follow a few simple registration steps to create your profile
8. Click the orange “Book It” button
9. You will receive a confirmation email and reminder about your
appointment

The cost is $1/minute (15 minute minimum). The massage therapists will take
payment day of massage and they take cash/check/credit cards.
If you book a massage, it will be in the Worner Building, Room #211.

Please note that this is provided as a convenience for employees and massage time is not paid work time.
