The FY19 Capital Equipment Request process is open through January 19th, 2018 for all users.
Are you new to the process? There will be an information session November 6th from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in the Yalich Board Room (Spencer Center #122) where we will go over guidelines and SSB How To’s for this process.
The timeline for requests is from Monday, October 30th and closing on January 19th, 2018. All departments are invited to the yearly information session on November 6th from 2:30pm to 3:30pm in the Yalich Board Room (Spencer Center #122). However, personnel who have experienced the process before and wish to start placing requests now, will find the SSB instructions online at the Finance & Administration website under the Budget Office. Staff members who are new to this process are encouraged to attend the information session scheduled on November 6th. Please make note of the dates (October 30th through January 19th 2018) and make arrangements as needed as there will be no extensions to the deadline.
