Cigna and Centura Heath (which includes Penrose Hospital) are in contract renegotiations. Both sides seem optimistic that a resolution will be reached by 2/1/2018. If an agreement is not reached, Centura providers will no longer be considered ‘in-network’ under our health plan beginning 2/1/18.
This past week, Cigna sent letters to CC plan members who may be impacted. If you received one of the letters from Cigna, please take a moment to read it.
