The goal of CC’s performance excellence process is to ensure that supervisors and staff understand and communicate openly about performance expectations and goals, and that staff have opportunities to develop the skills and abilities needed to successfully contribute to the college’s mission.
Lisa Brommer, interim director of Human Resources, presented information on the 2017-18 staff review process at last week’s In the Loop and will host a Q & A session for staff and supervisors on February 21, 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the Barbara Yalich Boardroom (first floor of the Spencer Center).
