Speaking at a conference this year? Need a photo for your book jacket or website? The Office of Communications is offering faculty and staff portraits on Friday, Aug. 24, in the Julie Penrose Reading Room at Tutt Library from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. This year, you will be asked to view the photos onsite and select the portrait of your choice from those taken. This free opportunity will only be offered once this year. If you have participated in portrait day within the past year, please do not attend this year’s session unless it is absolutely necessary, as we want to accommodate as many people as possible.

Welcome back!

As a reminder to all student supervisors, if you have students who will be continuing the same position from last year and you never asked to have their employment terminated, you do not need to submit a new referral form for this academic year, as they are still an active employee.

All employment positions must be posted on the student employment job listings page for a minimum of 5 business days. This ensures all students have the opportunity to apply as the current policy below states.
