Join us as we explore the healing cultural dances of Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. We will explore Samba rooted dances including and Samba Reggae and Afro-Brazilian dance. Come prepared to sweat and experience what the Brazilians call Axé, meaning joy or “soul, light, spirit or good vibrations”. ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME!

Kebrina Josefina De Jesus is a dancer, actor, director, choreographer, and multi-faceted performer. Born in Queens, New York into a family of Puerto Rican Salsa dancers, Kebrina Josefina was gifted with the heartbeat, rhythms and appreciation of Salsa music, dance and culture. Ms. De Jesus has performed as an actor and professional dancer, with over two decades experience on stage in musicals, plays, independent films, and performances. In her Samba classes Kebrina explores the healing cultural dances of Salvador da Bahia, Brazil, as well as, Samba rooted dances including and Samba Reggae and Afro-Brazilian dance.
