Happy Holidays!

As the New Year is quickly approaching the Office of Financial Aid & Student Employment have released new and improved job description, evaluation, and termination forms. These forms are provided as a valuable resource to our supervisors and students to better communicate the responsibilities and expectations required from both sides. Our hope is that these resources will provide a better avenue to professional development for our CC students. Thank you all for your dedication to our students!

P.S. Friendly reminder that student employment pay steps are increasing this week as have been noted in the Digest this fall.

Please contact Kristen Clinton at kclinton@coloradocollege.edu or ext. 6908 if you have any questions.

During Winter Break, Mail Services will have limited hours and will not make department deliveries or pickups. We will be on campus, Dec. 24, Dec. 27, Dec. 31 and Jan. 3 from 9 a.m. to noon. During those times you may pick up any department mail and packages at Central Services, 815 Tejon. If you normally receive your mail at the Worner Mail Center, your mail and packages will still be available there during these times. Please be aware that some delivery drivers may not make it to campus during our limited hours and all packages for the College will be stored at their warehouse. We will resume normal deliveries on Monday, January 6, 2019. Happy Holidays from your Mail Services Team!

Campus Safety highly recommends all students store their bikes in their rooms for block break to prevent them from being stolen.

On December 20th at 7 AM, Campus Safety will be removing bikes from campus bike racks that appear to be abandoned, such as bikes with flat tires, missing parts or left unlocked will be removed. Bike owners will have till January 19th to reclaim their bike, at that time all bikes will be donated. Campus Safety are putting orange tags on bikes that say “Abandoned Property” to specify which bikes that will be removed. To help prevent your bike from being taken, store your bike in your room or work area for the break. Any questions, contact Campus Safety.
