Deadline date to submit your changes to Human Resources is Friday, May 24, 2019 by 5:00 PM (Mountain).
If you make no changes at all during the open enrollment period, your benefits will remain the same (except the Flexible Spending Account [FSA]).
If you ARE making changes to your medical, dental, and/or vision plan please note those changes on the Benefits Election Form and return the form on May 24, 2019.
Flexible Spending Accounts are an annual enrollment – unlike other benefits, FSA elections are not automatically retained from year to year. If you want to participate in the Flexible Spending Account Plan for 2019-20, YOU MUST re-enroll during open enrollment.
