This summer’s Bluegrass Workshop will culminate in a free performance today, Wednesday June 26th at 7:30pm on Worner Quad (Bemis Hall, if it rains).

The Bluegrass Workshop has attracted students from across the country, and this year’s instructors, Sierra Hull, Alison Brown, Courtney Hartman, Becky Buller, and Missy Raines, are all acclaimed musicians that boast Grammy nominations and awards, and a multitude of International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) awards.

Wednesday’s free performance will showcase instructors and students in the workshop – with a variety of solo and ensemble acts.

Bring a blanket, grab a space on the quad, and enjoy some fun music for free!

Workplace Excellence is a major component of CC’s Strategic Plan. Fostering an environment for workplace excellence begins during onboarding and supports the goal of attracting and retaining diverse staff and faculty who foster an inclusive campus community that values different backgrounds, experiences, ideas, and opinions.

The CC Ambassador program is in its 5th year and matches talented individuals with new staff who can serve as a valuable resource in fostering connections, answering questions, and providing insights into CC’s culture.

If you are interested in becoming a CC Ambassador, or would like to nominate someone, please visit the CC Ambassador Webpage for further details. tiny.cc/4fdh8y
