CC benefits-eligible employees and their spouses/domestic partners as well as CC retirees and their spouses/domestic partners are eligible to participate in our annual biometric screening. Please note that we will have only ONE biometric screening this year, Thursday, October 17, 7:00 – 11:30 AM.

Registration is open NOW through 10:00 AM October 16th for the October 17th biometric screening!

You do not need to pay for the basic biometric screening (height, weight, waist measurement, calculated BMI, glucose, and cholesterol) a $48.50 value!

Additional tests will be ordered and paid for the day of the event.

You can re-use your registration credentials from last year. If you forgot your password, use the ‘forgot password’ feature after you enter the email address you used last year. Those new to the site will need to register. Please save your registration information in a safe place in case you need to go back into the website to change or cancel your appointment.

Results are sent via post and generally arrive a few weeks after testing. Results are sent to the address you provide when you register.

If you participate in the college’s Cigna health plan you are encouraged to complete your health assessment online at mycigna.com. The health assessment is a tool to help you understand your numbers, to provide access to additional tools should you need to make any lifestyle changes, and to store your numbers for year-to-year comparisons.
