Take Block 8 in Italy 🙂 It is going to be a unique experience abroad. You can learn more about the history and culture of Italian gastronomy, with both classroom time and hands-on experiences in the kitchen, and also field trips around Italy.

During this block abroad you can choose one of these classes:
-Topics in Italian Culture: Gusto: Italian Food as Art, Culture, and Tradition with Amanda Minervini (taught in English)
-Intermediate Italian ll with Professor Dario Sponchiado
