The new east entrance to Tutt Library South is complete and is now the primary entrance to the library building. From now on, please use this new entrance to access the library and don’t try to enter from the old main entrance on to the west.Read more

Library renovation project webcams are live now, streaming all of the action. West-facing and south-facing cameras provide a birds-eye view of the project as it happens. You can access them from thelibrary renovation website and, they’re streaming directly on YouTube 24 hours a day.Read more
Turning Tutt’s Trees into Art
They were a part of CC for more than 100 years, and even though they have been removed, the trees that shaded the front of Tutt Library will not be forgotten. The trees had to be removed to provide space for the foundation of the new library building. But trees hold a special meaning to many on campus.Read more

Work on New Library Geothermal Heating System Underway
If you’ve been on campus at all this summer, you may be wondering about all of the drilling on Armstrong Quad. It’s the start of the geothermal heating and cooling system for the new library. Construction crews are drilling 80 wells, each 400 feet deep and about five and a half inches wide, all across Armstrong Quad.Read more

Team Tutt held a raffle at the end of year party for two separate prizes (there were multiple winners of each). Noise-cancelling headphones and a regular tour of the library construction site throughout the next year.Read more
