{"id":1443,"date":"2011-06-06T11:45:54","date_gmt":"2011-06-06T18:45:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.coloradocollege.edu\/atb\/?p=1443"},"modified":"2011-06-06T11:45:54","modified_gmt":"2011-06-06T18:45:54","slug":"board-of-trustees-meeting-actitons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.coloradocollege.edu\/atb\/2011\/06\/06\/board-of-trustees-meeting-actitons\/","title":{"rendered":"Board of Trustees Meeting Actions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The CC Board of Trustees met May 19-21 on campus and conducted the following business.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Voted to approve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Revised Faculty Handbook, to become effective July 1, 2011.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Promotion to full professor for Hong Jiang in the Department of German, Russian, and East Asian Languages.<\/li>\n<li>The transferring of $1.6 million of year-end dollars to fund the previously approved FY 2011-12 distribution from the Financial Aid Quasi Endowment for scholarships during the 2011-12 academic year.<\/li>\n<li>Renewal of trustee Mike Lampton\u2019s term.<\/li>\n<li>2011-12 trustee committee membership and chair assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Renewal of the current trustee officers\u2019 terms for 2011-12.<\/li>\n<li>A resolution naming the Edith Kinney Gaylord Cornerstone Arts Center theater the \u201cRichard F.
