The Institute, led by President and CEO <strong>Ryan Haygood \u201997<\/strong>, uses cutting-edge racial and social justice advocacy to empower people of color by building reparative systems that create wealth, transform justice, and harness democratic power.<\/p>\n<p>White was honored for his work as Founder and CEO of LTMA Capital, a blended debt and venture fund advancing human rights and gender equality.
