He and Heidi Lewis, director and associate professor of feminist and gender studies, discussed a wide range of subjects, including Moore\u2019s 2019 Lambda Literary Award-winning memoir, which explores his experiences growing up in poverty in New Jersey and his struggles with personal identity.
