#HIRED Brad Hale ’17

After graduating in May, Brad will take up his position as an Investment Banking Analyst at GLC Advisors & Co. in Denver.

I am excited to pursue a career in Investment Banking because of the amount of exposure to all aspects of business, such as accounting, finance and economics. The IB space is very competitive, but can set individuals up nicely for grad school down the road or opportunities to pursue areas like private equity, hedge funds, and corporate development. For me, IB offers the best hands-on experience for a recent college graduate.

My advice to fellow CC students still looking for positions is that as hard as it seems, try to narrow down your industry and location. This makes the recruiting process easier and much more focused. Nonetheless, if you don’t end up working exactly in the industry or location you want, don’t panic. Make the most of your experience, sell it hard and plan ahead next time.”

Congrats, Brad!
