Tiger Trek: Washington D.C.

The Career Center and the Office of Alumni and Family Relations collaborate to help sponsor Tiger Trek, a biannual program that arranges student tours of major cities to highlight prestigious alumni and potential career paths. These four-day trips over a block break each semester provide students with valuable insights as well as the opportunity to make connections in their fields.Students from all majors and all class years are welcome to apply for Tiger Trek trips.


On the Tiger Trek: D.C. trip, participants traveled to Washington, D.C. over second block break 2016 to tour of a variety of organizations and meet prestigious alumni, in order to learn about potential career paths and network with professionals. This experience was provided free for 12 students thanks to generous gifts from Washington, D.C. area donors and our site hosts. In total, students met with 35 D.C.-area Colorado College alumni during the trip.
