This position acts as a student ambassador in providing peer services and in the promotion of the Career Center\u2019s mission and events on campus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Position will begin with training this spring so the selected individuals are fully ready to go in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out the posting in Handshake for full details on qualifications. <strong>Highlights of responsibilities:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Meet with individual students during Drop In Hours to guide them through resources, provide resume, and cover letter reviews. <br>&#8211; Support Career Center services delivery in various ways, for example: project completion, actively assisting staff with assignments, job\/internship approvals, presentations\/workshops, etc.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Develop knowledge of career resources and articulate the services provided by the Career Center.<br>&#8211; Answer phones, respond to emails, notify staff of appointments, and direct visitors to appropriate locations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Make sure you <a href=\"https:\/\/app.joinhandshake.com\/jobs\/4534122?utm_source=activity_mailer&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=notification_email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">submit your application<\/a> before 7am MT April 4th. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>#4534122 Peer Intern Career Peer Interns operate individually and as part of a team assisting&nbsp;&nbsp;the Career Center Staff in providing comprehensive career services to students.
