You might think that you need to interview in a certain way and try to be what hiring managers are looking for, rather than just being yourself. However, the truth is hiring managers want you to be yourself. They don\u2019t want to hear memorized answers. They want to get to know the person they\u2019ll be working with\u2014not a programmed robot who\u2019s memorized the perfect script.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best way to solve this problem of feeling like you need to be someone other than you are is to focus on bringing\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/nataliefisher.ca\/whole-interviewing\/\" target=\"_blank\">your whole self<\/a>\u00a0to your interviews.
