The Development Coordinator assists the Development Director in the organization and execution of the annual development plan for the Adaptive Sports Center.\u00a0\u00a0Key responsibilities include coordinating volunteers for events, database management, grants coordination and reporting, restricted fund reporting, donation processing, and capital campaign administration.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Education and Experience<\/strong>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree from a four-year college or university; three to five years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Development Assistant, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in the nonprofit industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Knowledge, Skills & Abilities<\/strong>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to plan and accomplish goals.\u00a0Outgoing and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Able to work independently, efficiently and creatively.
