The Redwoods Leadership Development Program at DaVita is hosting a virtual Sophomore Leadership Summit (SLS) Information Session, and we would love for you to join us. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 23rd<\/sup> from 4 pm to 4:45 pm MST<\/strong>. This is an opportunity to hear from former summit participants (now DaVita employees) and how DaVita and SLS played a role in their journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sophomore Leadership Summit is three-day program in mid-July 2022 in Denver, CO for students between their sophomore and junior years of school. All-expense paid trip to Denver! Participants will receive training in communication styles and problem solving while gaining hands on experience to analyst level work. The culmination of the summit is a case competition that introduces participants to a variety of DaVita\u2019s strategic initiatives. After a successful leadership summit, participants may be selected to interview or join the Summer Analyst class of 2023. Wouldn\u2019t that be awesome to already have a summer internship offer before you start your junior year in the fall?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
