Several recent alumni working in the design and architecture fields will take part in a panel discussion as part of Design Week (Block 6, Week 3).\u00a0They will discuss their careers, what influences shaped their decisions and how their CC education prepared them for success.<\/p>\n

\nScreening Room of the Cornerstone Arts Center.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Participating alumni include:<\/p>\n

Susan Hoff\u00a0 CC \u201806\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> founded her own company in San Francisco that manufactures high-end products using recycled canvas sails and leather horse tack.\u00a0\u00a0 www.susanhoff<\/strong>.com\/<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0 She will be working on the design of a screen for Boettcher Health Center in collaboration with the Design Workshop class during Block 6.<\/p>\n

Logan Roberts\u00a0\u00a0 CC\u2019 10<\/strong><\/span> founded a design company InkMule in New Orleans.\u00a0 His company designs creative imagery and prints high-end apparel.<\/p>\n

Michelle Yates\u00a0 CC\u00a0 \u201912<\/strong> <\/span>recently received her Master\u2019s in Architecture from the University of Washington and is currently an architectural intern at\u00a0 Bassetti Architects in Seattle WA.<\/p>\n

Julia Belamarich\u00a0 CC\u2019 14<\/strong><\/span>, a free-lance art director and designer, is currently the Design Fellow at Colorado College.\u00a0 She is working with the Art Department and the Innovation Institute to devise connections between technology and design.<\/p>\n

Elena Foraker CC \u201815<\/strong> <\/span>\u00a0is an artist, illustrator, and designer in Oakland, CA. \u00a0She works at\u00a0 Minted, a Design Marketplace.\u00a0 She is currently applying for graduate programs in Design.<\/p>\n
