The intern will primarily support the Colorado Regional Health Connector (RHC) Program, with other duties as assigned. The RHC Program is a component of the $60+ million State Innovation Model (SIM) grant awarded to Colorado by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). The RHC Program supports Regional Health Connectors, a new workforce in Colorado who work to improve health across the state by connecting the systems that keep us healthy \u2013 including primary care, public health, social services, and other community resources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quantitative and qualitative data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Attend staff meetings<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences<\/li>\n<li>Program development activities in one of the following project areas with the expected completion of project activities in August 2017:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?
