So here are 11 things to avoid when writing your resume.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0Don\u2019t make your resume unnecessarily long.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>2.\u00a0Don\u2019t leave it to the reader to figure out what you do.<br \/>\n3<\/strong><strong>.\u00a0Don\u2019t forget to make your resume searchable.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4. Don\u2019t be vague.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>5.\u00a0Don\u2019t use a list of tasks.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>6.\u00a0Don\u2019t be passive.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>7.\u00a0Don\u2019t use pronouns.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8.\u00a0Don\u2019t miss typos and grammatical mistakes.<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>9.\u00a0Don\u2019t only write for the ATS (application tracking system).<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>10.
