Its\u00a0investment banking services encompass sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisitions, merchant banking, and restructuring transactions, focusing exclusively on energy and industrial companies throughout the U.S.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity \u2013 Summer Analyst, Summer 2018<\/strong><br \/>\nIndustria is seeking Summer Analysts whose primary role will be supporting the firm\u2019s analysts and associates.\u00a0Successful candidates will help prepare introductory business presentations (or \u201cpitches\u201d), financial models, and general marketing materials.
