In considering candidates for the Andover Teaching Fellowship, the school values academic excellence together with competencies complimentary to the school&#8217;s Constitution and Statement of Purpose and to the Academy&#8217;s commitment to fostering a global, diverse, and inclusive academic community.\u00a0<strong>A select number of teaching fellows may be re-appointed for a second year based on departmental needs<\/strong>.\u00a0Teaching Fellows receive a stipend of $30,000 plus insurance benefits and campus housing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"image__wrapper center\">\u00a0Phillips Academy is committed to fostering a global, diverse, and inclusive academic community.
