Should possess experience<br \/>\nleading multi-day wilderness-based courses. MWS seeks field staff that are experienced in outdoor education,<br \/>\ncommitted to conservation, and that possess high quality, individual and group facilitation skills. Ideal candidates for MWS field staff have comprehensive personal and\/or institutional whitewater paddling and\u00a0backpacking experience.<\/p>\n<p>Instructors will be contracted to instruct at least 2 of the 5 backpacking and paddling expeditions:<br \/>\n-15-day canoeing expedition: June 15 \u2013 June 29, 2018<br \/>\n-15-day backpacking and packrafting expedition: July 7\u201321, 2018<br \/>\n-12-day canoeing expedition: July 7- July 18th OR July 17- July 28 (dates subject to change)<br \/>\n-21-day backpacking and packrafting\/ canoeing expedition: July 28 \u2013 August 17, 2018<br \/>\nIn addition, each expedition will have 2 paid preparation days and a potential additional half-day debrief,<br \/>\ndepending on schedule. Staff is required to attend 12 days of paid staff training.<\/p>\n<p>MWS does not have a basecamp or provide housing.
