But the challenge I hear\u00a0<em>most<\/em>\u00a0often is actually the one that\u2019s easiest to fix.<\/p>\n<p>More than anything else, my clients tell me, \u201cI found a few jobs I would absolutely love, but\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.themuse.com\/advice\/how-to-convince-an-employer-to-take-a-chance-on-you-and-ignore-the-more-qualified-candidates\">I\u2019m not qualified for them<\/a>, so there\u2019s no use applying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve likely experienced this same thing.
