Griffis Residential is currently seeking talented team members to join our property management teams. Griffis Residential owns and manages a distinct portfolio of attainable high-quality apartment communities in premier locations. Our motto is simple: It’s about you. Impeccable service is the hallmark of our team and delivering the highest quality guest experience is our priority. With this opportunity, interns will support one of our apartment communities Denver, Austin, or Seattle through different functional areas.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u2022Work closely with local teams answer inquiries and manage resident accounts
\n\u2022Shadow leasing consultants to show apartments to prospects
\n\u2022Prepare and organize materials for move in and move outs
\n\u2022Assist with creating and implementing a property marketing plan and other communication projects
\n\u2022Provide support with special projects
\n\u2022Handle day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, preparing for tours, and any other leasing responsibilities
\n\u2022Assist with apartment management operations by working with all on site associates
\n\u2022Successfully completes the assigned tasks and other projects
\n\u2022Travel to communities of various sizes to allow for additional development
\n\u2022May be assigned leadership opportunities for tasks and projects
\n\u2022Performs other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
