Alcozer and Associates is a creative, innovative and leading law firm that is based in Houston
\nand New York City. Our firm specializes in immigration law and primarily represents detained
\nindividuals, as well as those seeking asylum in the United States. Beyond office hours, we also
\nengage in pro bono work with the City of Houston\u2019s Office of New Americans and Immigrant
\nCommunities as well as United We Dream. At Alcozer and Associates, we are radically and
\nintentionally pro-immigrant.<\/p>\n

Primary Responsibilities:
\n– Interview clients and witnesses for immigration legal services
\n– Communicate with clients to provide updates on cases
\n– Prepare materials and forms for submission to immigration and federal courts and\u00a0agencies
\n– Conduct legal and factual research
\n– Provide Spanish interpretation and translation
\n– Maintain client database and internal records of the office
\n– Manage the attorney\u2019s calendar
\n– Provide general administrative support
\n– Travel and attend immigration court hearings with clients<\/p>\n
