North Dakota Dem-NPL is looking for Field Organizers!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

Overall Description:<\/strong>
\nThe 2018 North Dakota Coordinated Campaign (NDCC) is now accepting applications for\u00a0Field Organizers. This position will work for on behalf of the Dem-NPL Senate,\u00a0Congressional, statewide and legislative candidates.\u00a0Field Organizers (FOs) are the face of the 2018 NDCC in communities across the state,\u00a0work to educate about voter ID laws, motivate undecided voters to support our\u00a0candidates, and increase turnout amongst low propensity voters. FOs will work with the
\nRegional Field Director to craft and execute a plan to engage, organize, and mobilize\u00a0voters in their assigned region .<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Recruit, manage, and train volunteers in their communities and neighborhoods
\n\u25cf Persuade and motivate voters
\n\u25cf Developing a plan to organize their turf based on its unique characteristics
\n\u25cf Identify and cultivate volunteer team leaders
\n\u25cf Build relationships with community leaders
\n\u25cf Ensure data integrity
\n\u25cf FOs are also expected to work closely with legislative candidates to execute an\u00a0effective field plan in targeted legislative districts throughout the state.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Organizing mindset and can-do attitude
\n\u25cf Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and creatively problem-solve
\n\u25cf Strong interpersonal skills and team player
\n\u25cf Attention to detail
\n\u25cf Access to a car and a clean driving record<\/p>\n
