Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

Over the course of a 12-month program, with 3 month rotations Associates will work with the firm\u2019s leasing professionals, assistant community managers, and community managers. In this capacity, Associates will learn about sales, customer service, budgeting, pricing, financial forecasting, maintenance, and the general management skills necessary to run a multi-million dollar business. Introductions to corporate support functions throughout the 12 month program (e.g., Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Training).<\/p>\n
