Students who are about to enter the working world are inundated with career advice, and the reality is, much of it is conflicting. You\u2019re told to be regimented about your career development plan but not to over-engineer it. Gain specific skills for the industry that you\u2019re interested in, but make sure to stay well-rounded. In today\u2019s business environment, where companies and industries are becoming increasingly matrixed, it\u2019s hard to tell which way is up.<\/p>\n
