This lecture will look at what happens when rigid design thinking co-mingles with queer theory and an artist\u2019s practice. I will examine how I often frame my work through the didactic but empowering lens of basic queer theory principles: agency, proclaiming and the claiming of space, representation, and identity. I will trace this lecture\u2019s themes and contextualize them through my architectural and installation based practice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rachel MONTGOMERY Paupeck holds a BA from Smith College and a M.ARCH from Rhode Island school of Design (RISD).
