Who: 10-30 middle-schoolers from D11 will be bused to CC

When: Once a week, for two hours (First event will be Monday, April 9th)

Where: Loomis Lounge

Several students have started up a creative writing program based on the national 826 Valencia curriculum. At the end of the 2011-2012 schoolyear, this program is coming together in a pilot series. They are looking for volunteers to work with students on their writing. But beyond writing, they are seeking to foster a mentorship with at-risk youth that will help motivate these students to excel in their education.
