The events management portal is best used in Google Chrome. If the program loads slowly the first time you login, try the following instructions to clear your Chrome browser cache:
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click the three vertical dots
- Click “More Tools” and then “Clear Browsing Data”
- In the top dropdown, choose a time range. To delete everything, select “All time”
- Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
- Click “Clear data”
- Refresh your browser
